Our Board of Directors

The board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley is comprised of local business leaders, involved members of the community and representatives from each of our partnerships. The board is charged with the responsibility of overseeing operating procedures of the affiliate. They have the fiduciary responsibility of approving an annual operating budget and monitoring the operating procedures to insure integrity of financial operations.  The board also approves our partner families on the recommendation of our Family Selection Committee and then the sale price of our homes to our partner families. 

Another key board responsibility is providing the linkage from the affiliate to our partnerships.  This provides a uniformity of purpose critical for a well functioning operation.  

Finally the board is engaged in the outreach to the community by being actively involved in the events Northern Fox Valley uses to promote the organization.
